I would love to have one of these; it’s a dream instrument. Sure you can have a similar experience with the Behringer 2600s and the Korg ARP 2600M, but there’s nothing quite like the physical presence of the full-sized beastie. I recently had a go on one, and it was a wonderful thing to play on.
When it was released in 2020 it sold out pretty darn quickly to discerning people with $4,000 to spare. It is with some surprise then that it appears to be back in limited numbers and exclusively on the Korg Direct Reverb store. The price is $4,499.99 which is a shade higher than originally priced but nothing like the second-hand prices these things have been going for. And sadly it’s only available to US customers.
You don’t need to think about it, just buy one.
