Telepathic Instruments Orchid – Fun or Frivolous?

Here’s my review of the achingly hip and cool Orchid Chord Synth thingy from Telepathic Instruments and Tame Impala. Does it have any value as a useful piece of compostional technology or is it simply a musical toy for posh people?
