Black Friday

My pick of the best Black Friday Cyber Week deals

Lists

Are there ever any real deals out there over the Black Friday or Cyber Week annual cash grab? Not usually, no. But I’ve had a dig around to see if I can come up with a few choice bargains that at least give you some money off something that you might just be in the market for. Most of these are based on deals at Thomann, Sweetwater, Perfect Circuit and Reverb with whom I have affiliate accounts. I get a little kickback off anything you buy through these links. So at least I get to profit from your GAS!

Perfect Circuit has a 10% discount on any non-sale items, which is pretty cool. Use code CIRCUIT10 at checkout. Click here – https://tinyurl.com/perfectcircuit-sale

But first, here are some modular firms offering deals on modules and more:

Erica Synths

Quite a few good deals on a range of modules with varying amounts off!

Dreadbox

30% off “selected items” such as Chromatic modules, t-shirts and merch. with CYBER30.

Bastl Instruments

A whopping 30% off everything with code WELCOME2BSHOP.

Thonk

20% off everything, which is pretty awesome, and they have the Dreadbox Dysmetria kit and LMNC Grr Filter kit in stock. Use code NOV22. Sadly the Motion Meter kit is still out of stock.

SynthCube

A big 20% off everything at SynthCube using code BF22. Maybe it’s time for that big synth project purchase? You have to create an account to use the code; it doesn’t work as a guest at checkout.

Noise Engineering

Use the code MIXNMASH at the checkout to get 15% off any of Noise Engineering’s modules or plugins.

Modbap Modular

15% seems to be the magic number, and Modbap has that off all its modules until Monday using code BLACKOUT22.

Qu-Bit Electronix

This just in – Qu-Bit are offering 15% off all their modules when you buy direct using the code QBFALL2022 at checkout. Not seeing this deal in the stores.

Bored Brain

A blanket 15% off everything at Bored Brain using code GIMME15.

GForce Software

Lots of money off almost all their plugins and instruments.

And now, on with the deals at the main stores:

Moog Sound Studio

Thomann has these cool Moog bundles at some good discounts. The Mother-32 and DFAM one is under a grand, whereas there are a few quid off the DFAM and Subharmonicon pack. These are great and genuinely good value compared to buying them separately. Sweetwater is giving away a copy of Patch & Tweak with Moog with each bundle, which is hilarious.

Aodyo Anima Phi

Cool physical modelling synth has 19% off at Thomann. They just announced their new polyphonic version on Kickstarter but this is the original monophonic version which is a good deal at £349.

Behringer RD-6 and TD-3

Both these little boxes are £88 at Thomann provided you want the 606 clone in Lime and the 303 in black. Well worth the price. Sweetwater also has some deals on the TD-3 and the TD-3-MO with special modifications.

Waldorf Kyra and M synthesizers

Sweetwater has $400 off both the Waldorf Kyra and Waldorf M desktop synthesizers. They are both going for $2099. Both are brilliant machines with premium technology and fascinating possibilities. Perfect Circuit also has the same deal on the M and Kyra.

Although they are probably cheaper at Thomann:

Perfect Circuit Eurorack

Perfect Circuit has 12-15% off a whole load of Eurorack modules. One’s that caught my eye include:

Perfect Circuit synths
